Rental Policies:

 

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am unless other arrangements have been made (Holidays-check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am).  You may call (1) day before your arrival to see if an early check-in is possible.  Please call (1) one day before your departure to see if a late check-out is possible.  We will do our best to accommodate your request(s).

 

"Luxury Connection" is open 7 days a week, 9am to 5pm.  We can be reached at 909.878.5080.  We are also available for after-hour emergencies by calling 909.273.8534.

 

Upon Departure:

1. Please turn lights off inside and out.
2. Lock all doors and windows.
3. Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees.  DO NOT TURN OFF IN WINTER!  The pipes will freeze.
4. Leave beds unmade.

5. Wash dirty dishes.

6. Dispose of trash at one of the designated trash sites.

Fall:  September 16 - November 14
